When it comes to choosing a fibre supplement Benefiber ticks all the boxes. Taking Fibre is so simple with Benefiber  - take the challenge and you’ll see the clear Benefiber difference ...

What is Benefiber?

  • Made from 100% natural ingredients
  • Made from wheat and is gluten free
  • Taste free and does not thicken making it easier for you to boost your fibre intake.

Because Benefiber will not alter the taste or texture of your food or beverage*, you can be creative with Benefiber.  Mix it with your coffee, tea, juice, yoghurt, even water and you won’t even know it’s there!  Or why not add Benefiber into your baked goods, cereal or Spaghetti Bolognese?  And don’t worry, Benefiber has no added sugar. Boosting your fibre intake has never been easier!

How do I get the benefits of Benefiber?

For those 12 years and older, simply add 2 teaspoons of Benefiber twice daily into at least ½ cup of any beverage* or soft food (hot and cold) and stir well until dissolved.
Do not exceed 8 teaspoons a day.

Benefiber is suitable for children 7-11 years old.  Simply use 2 teaspoons once a day.

2 teaspoons of Benefiber give you 3g of soluble fibre.

Why is fibre important?

Dietary fibre is mainly needed to keep the digestive system healthy. Fibre not only helps keep you regular (and no, it won’t make you need to dash to the bathroom as soon as you take it!), but it also helps your body absorb more minerals from your food and stimulates the growth of healthy gut bacteria. That ‘inner glow’ will help keep your body in tip top shape, assisting your health and wellbeing.

Most Australians don’t include enough fibre in their diets. While current recommendations suggest a daily intake of at least 25g** of fibre for women and 30g** for men, the average Australian only gets about two-thirds** of the fibre they need.

Increasing your fibre intake isn’t difficult. A few simple suggestions include:

  • Eating high fibre breakfast cereals  – muesli, bran, porridge.
  • Switching to multigrain, wholemeal or high fibre white breads.
  • Choosing higher fibre snacks – fresh or dried fruit, wholemeal crackers, or nuts.
  • Adding an extra vegetable to every evening meal.
